Product Description

TQ series of casing power tongs are widely applied to making-up operations and breaking-out operations of casings or pipes in oilfield.It has the features such as light and handy structure, high work efficiency and reliable working safety.It can reduce workers' labor intensity and improve the connection qualityof casing screw threads. Tong head is design as open and equipped with advanced swing-type double jaw assembly, which can ensure reliable clamping.This series of casing tongs can be configured with torque device to perform computer monitoring and managing on pressure, torque,and rounds.The power tongs are design and manufactured according to API SPEC 7K"Driling and Well Serving Equipment."

TQ Series Casing Power Tong driven by hydraulic motor, can hold the Φ140~Φ340 (51/2~133/8in) pipe string; it can hold Φ340~Φ406(133 by replacing the ring gear and jaw plate /8~16in) of the pipe column, the pipe column of Φ101~Φ140 (4~51/2in) is clamped by the additional jaw plate. Casing power clamp arm 813 (32in), torque value is 35kN·m (25000 ft·lb).
